Description

This was a picture in one of my many MLP coloring books that I own(not that I ever color in them...). When I saw this I was like, "OMG BEST PONY DEMANDS TO BE DRAWN," so yeah. Here is Best Pony (not this one: www.fimfiction.net/story/16693… putting something powdery on cupcakes.
